NORROC was the sole architect behind the mergers of Rocketplane and Kistler Aerospace. The combined entity subsequently was awarded a $207MM free equity award and milestone-based contract from NASA under the Space Act Agreement, and raised $50MM in the initial round.

NORROC advised Orbital Technologies Corporation (ORBITEC) on a transaction that included a complete corporate reorganization, redeveloped business plans and investment memoranda for its five strategic business units. The target closing amount is $11MM, which is anticipated to close in 2010.
