NORROC's Energy & CleanTech Group offers a full suite of advisory, project finance and private capital raising services to both public and private companies in the Energy & CleanTech sector. NORROC currently serves a broad set of public and private companies based in China, the EU and the US, all of whom seek to grow their businesses and access capital for projects or for corporate purposes.
NORROC has developed unique and proprietary financial models for vendor and tax equity financings in the CleanTech sector (primarly Wind and Solar). Our clients currently have several megawatts of active projects in the US, each uniquely structured with multiple stakeholders.
NORROC has also forged close relationships with select Chinese vendors who seek to access the US PPA market and work with us to develop a competitive edge by gaining access to attractive projects.
Our current clients' combined pipeline exceeds 450MW, which corresponds to more than $2B of project financing requirements.
