NORROC has setup a special investment vehicle that particiaptes in common, preferred and convertible stock offerings in private companies with EBITDA generation of $2 million and up. NORROC prefer to co-invest with other investment companies. Our investors are based in the US, China and EU.
Currently NORROC does not charge management fees or incentive fees, we allow investors to invest alongside our own investments. In this way, we truly do put our monies where our mouth is.
